 Objective-To enhance the well being of adults and children through teaching yoga with a Viniyoga approach, combining physical postures, breath and meditation.
To improve physical fitness, mental clarity and reduce stress, supporting  rehabilitation on emotional and physical levels. To work with special needs adults and children.
To stretch the bodies and imaginations of children through yoga adventures and story telling.  I want to help people connect with their highest potential and internal sense of empowerment.		 Whole Life Yoga
